WOW! I don’t think I have been more pixely excited about Habbo ever before!

Habbo just announced that they are looking for 50 BETA testers for a new release of Habbo.

Habbo-Vision was sent some screenshots, and we annotated them just for you! See them below.

PREDICTIONS
- No more ‘Events’
- No more giant Hand. (I’ll miss the giant Hand! )
- All rooms will be “big rooms” but there will be small “big rooms” so that you can zoom in and it will be normal size
- Only two levels of zooming - small (like in “big rooms” and Public Rooms) and normal (like in normal Guest Rooms)
- Chat will be back in the console

QUESTIONS
- Where does the Guide symbol go?
- What happened to the room info and ratings?
- If you click on a Habbo, will the screen pan to that Habbo?
- What will chooser look like?

All in all, this sounds SUPER exciting! Habbo-Vision.com will keep you posted on every detail of this revolutionary step from the Habbo developers.

Today is Mother’s Day and Habbo CA is celebrating by having a Shout out to MOM! contest. All you need to do is log onto the hotel and create a room dedicated to your mom. Once you’ve finished your room, show your mom (duh) and then take a screen shot. Once you’ve done that, submit it to competitions.ca@sulake.com with mom as the subject. That’s right, the long awaiting official habbo.ca HV forums of wonder have finally opened.  They are great, and already have an active community, a referral contest and much more.  But don’t take my word for it, check it out yourself!

Habbo-Vision SnowStorm Tournament

Say goodbye to the Snow and hello to the Sun!

On April 25th from 7pm-9pm EST, the Offical Habbo Canada fansite Habbo-Vision along with the help of Deege and Maveo89, are hosting a Snowstorm Tournament!

There are 16 teams and there is going to be 4 rounds. Your mission will be to meet us in the SnowStorm Lounge Public Room. If that becomes full, then we will meet up in Deege’s first room called Habbo-ViSioNviLLe.

On the Habbo-Vision-Forum, you will be given the chance to post which team you think will win! Make sure to tell us your Habbo.ca name! While your there, feel free to chat in the Shoutbox or post in the forums, we would love to get to know you better!

In the end, if you’re correct on who will win the SnowStorm Team in the Habbo-Vision Tourney, you will be put into a random draw, and the lucky Habbo who is chosen will win 20 c for one month of HC Club and a Butler to get a drink HC Style!

All 3 members of the Habbo-Vision SnowStorm Team that wins this tournament will win a Black Dragon, a Fire Dragon, and a Blue Dragon. All 3 members of the runner-up team will win a Sky Dragon.

If this isn’t enough, THEN when that is done, we will all meet at the pool at the High Dive Pool Deck, to show off your skills! Our current Community Team will be giving out tickets (Goddess, Lockity, Loofie, Maveo, Spencer, Wedley, WolfReaperz).

Everybody should remember all of our troops over seas. There is a group that I think all habbos should join made by knitty to support our troops. As I have heard by many habbos, there is a lot more scamming now than there has been in quite a long time. What is the point of scamming? It is just like stealing. If your friend says you can borrow a CD but you have to give it back later, you don’t just take it, right? Maybe you should think about how you would feel if somebody scammed you. Like I saw in a very special group (http://www.habbo.ca/groups/21688/id), there is two choices. You either scam, and all the habbos you scammed go tell their friends and they never ever come to you and you are known as a stealer. You can also give what they won and maybe you will make profit and habbos will go around telling their friends how much of a trusted dealer you are. Do remember, think twice before you click the ‘confirm’ button and that you bet at your own risk and you will never get your furniture back.
